What can I do to become faster

You must focus on getting five things right all at once. After you’ve done them all together 100 times, you’ll do them naturally.

What must you do
Focus on the fast twitch fibers to begin with, then the endurance fibers
- Head must be still / not moving around like a bobblehead
- Pump your arms with your hands cutting through the air in a chopping motion
- Knees must be pumping up with a slight lean forward
- Run on your toes, start with smaller strides, and then lengthen them
- Breathe, get CO2 to your muscles so they can perform at their peak

Some Exercises:
• Bounds (20) – make sure you land them, leap as far as you can but face forward
• Shotgun Sprints – start still, when the shotgun goes, accelerate (repeat 15 times)
• Run backwards, then after 3 seconds – accelerate and sprint through 10 yard marker
